Two piece set that will fit size 8-12 although you may need an extra crop top underneath if larger breasted.  The sequins will sparkle in the day and the skulls will GLOW IN THE DARK at night.
Skirt is a wrap style with 2 tie closures and the top does up via three material strap ties.
